if you haven't already had the great experience of dating a guy who doesn't stereotypically fit the "cool" factor, you ought to give it a whirl. A geek makes a dream boyfriend, but he's also not the guy who's going to make the first move unless you're friends with him already (Remember: He's a gentleman). Your relationship with a geek will be more real, less superficial and you have the chance of making a wonderful connection - not to mention they are great lovers because they want to give you attention and not just get themselves off like many other men do. There are so many nice guys out there who you've dismissed because they just weren't your type, but you'll see if you give an engineer a chance, you'll discover what you've been missing all this time. Ladies, if you're looking for a real relationship and want to be appreciated, it's time that you choose brain over brawn - you'll never look back!

Call us old-fashioned, but it's really nice to be greeted by a guy with a bunch of flowers. It makes you feel special when he opens the door for you. He'll never look at other girls (whether he's with you or not). You can count on the geek to treat you right and treat you like a princess. Expect lots of romance coming your way.
Engineers Are Sincere
Okay, yes: Admittedly your geek may be a little awkward, clumsy and clueless at times, but you could probably put that down to his lack of experience with women. You haven't given him a chance so you need to look at him as a person rather than focus on his discomfit. Engineers are kind, they're sincere and he genuinely wants to get to know you unlike many of those jocks were just trying to get into your pants.
Engineers Are Smart
Intelligence is a huge turn on. Let's face it: If you look at the stereotype, geeks are usually intelligent because if they're not, they're not true geeks. Intelligent guys are able to get good jobs, they're independent and they're self-sufficient, which means no crappy cheap dates and a secure future (if, of course, you're looking for a long-term partner). As most of us know, most cool guys or those who fall into the sub-categories of cool tend to be more ignorant. They're often less worldly and they're generally less open to new things. A geek wants to travel to interesting places - think Italy, India, and New Zealand in comparison to New Mexico and Miami. He'll want to try new food as opposed to going to a burger joint for a steak. Life with an engineer will certainly be more interesting and think about all the interesting conversations that could be had.
