I cannot log in. Why?

If you forgot your login details you can restore them by following a simple procedure. Open the link http://www.loveawake.com/area/password_remind/ then enter the e-mail address you got registered with and click the button "remind password". It will be sent to your e-mail address.
If after entering your user name and password a window with the words "invalid login or password" appears it might mean that your profile was deleted for violating some rules or you just forgot the correct details.
