Greetings. I am very interested in all healing modalities, I work in such a field. I am passionate about hot yoga, as this saved my leg from being amputated. Dr's said I would never walk again after an accident in 2008. With yoga I now walk perfectly, so much so my surgeon has documented my recovery in medical journals.

I enjoy all activities outdoors, but enjoy relaxing just as much... Balance is the one activity I try to do everyday of my life...but not always succeeding.
