I am Kallol. Illustrator, Animator, Cartoonist. I'm 44 years of age. I was born and brought up in West Bengal, India and spent a good chunk of my professional life in Delhi till 2008 when I met with an untoward train accident that led to amputation of both my lower limbs. Then I decided to relocate in Calcutta. I got married to a Punjabi girl. My marital status you can say is complicated. I'm not divorced yet. At the same time the relationship is in fact a liability for me. My son lives with me. He is in IXth standard. I am very much passionate about my son.

My family life has actually crumbled. So I have decided to go for a live-in relationship for the rest of my life. I need someone who is bold enough to accept such relationship against the social taboo.

I am a freelancer and work for Oxford University Press, Pearson, Encyclopaedia Britannica, Macmillan India, Scholastic Singapore among others. I work for overseas publishers also.

I try to be a little bit of philanthropist. I love to work for the orphans and destitute. I am too much honest and respect other's view. Perhaps that's why I had to go through a lot of troubles all through my life. I'm not seeking your sympathy. I'm in fact an upright person. I think myself a comeback kid who bounced back in life. I love to live life king size. My journey 'In The Face of Adversity' is taught in text book, in VIIth standard (ICSE board, especially in South India) published by Macmillan India. I've a habit of boasting upon myself. Hope it won't irritate you, will it?
