I aspire for a healthy, slender lifestyle. I recently ran a half marathon. On one hand, the sense of accomplishment was addicting and fulfilling. On the other hand, my knees sounded like a bowl of Rice Krispies through a megaphone for a good week snap Crackle. Pop.
