I'm a normal, intelligent, fun loving person I know what I want in life, have a stable job and lifestyle, and put my pants on one leg at a time. Communication is a key element in any relationship and honesty and truth, however difficult it may be to hear, is the best thing in my book. I love to be sarcastic at times and try to find humour in the things life throws at you. Life is too short and can be difficult enough unless you can smile and laugh at things, good or bad. I would hope that you can be the same way and have fun with it. I pretty much go with the flow, am down to earth, comfortable in any social setting, and get along with most everyone. Dogs are my favourite animals as pets. Cats are cool, but extremely finicky. Birds are okay as long as they sleep at night. Don't do snakes or hamsters.

I like going to see movies, especially with my kid when she come over, as long as it holds some level of grown up entertainment. I love mostly action/adventure and comedy movies. I enjoy watching some science fiction, suspense and mystery.

I have a 13 year old daughter who is the most important person in my world. Please be understanding if you are not used to kids. My daughter doesn't live with me all of the time, so when she's with me, I try to do as much as I can with her. It doesn't mean I won't share my time with you when I'm with her. That will hopefully come later. I try to be protective of her feelings. If you have kids, I would understand the same.

I am athletic in the sense that I can play football, baseball, volleyball, golf, tennis, and water ski to name a few things. I enjoy going to football games and tailgating. I enjoy going out and listening to live music, but not into hanging out at the bar or club every single weekend. My favourite type of music is stuff from the 60's, 70's, and 80's. I do like newer and current stuff as well. I don't mind rap or country. Just don't listen to a whole lot of it.

I've always preferred to be outdoors whenever possible. I like to sometimes spend the day and go hiking on a trail or even just a drive into the great unknown is fun. If I'm at the beach, pool, or lake, I'll be in the water. I enjoy grilling and spending off days just relaxing too. Sometimes it is nice to stay home and just watch a movie or something. It would be nice to be able to share that with someone.

I would like to meet someone with the same qualities and quirks as I have, but then it would be nice to meet someone who's a bit different too. I'm not perfect, and I don't expect to find absolute perfection either. Mutual and physical chemistry attraction is a must and that should go with out saying. You just don't know if it's going to be there until you meet someone and it either is or it isn't.
