I believe in honesty, people and love. I believe in sampling life…small bites. Occasionally, we should drive like we stole it!
I am a 5'6”, 140 solid pounds, in great shape, self employed, widowed, 55 yr old with blondish hair (salt ‘n pepper underneath) and steel blue eyes. I have a balanced and objective world-view (a Libra). Left home far too young, but am world educated having traveled to over 40 countries, and have learned to accept and respect world cultures. I'm a chameleon for sure, and can pretty much fit in anywhere, but I especially like to be near or on the water; equally comfortable in shirt and tie jeans and boots, shorts and sandals, and can generally fit in with any crowd. Gradually getting too content being at home, but still love fish and chips on the beach or filet mignon at any fine restaurant; a good scotch, red wine and cohiba is great anywhere, anytime.
Not a big reader but do enjoy any good music; I inherit good genes (all my hair and teeth) and can still out run most kids half my age (for about a block); love all sports, but especially hockey (Canadian eh). I can be a good talker, but tend to be a better listener (except when I get rambling); am fairly intelligent (duh?), have a quick wit (huh?), a great sense of humor (ha), and have the ability to laugh easily (ha ha)! I have strength and tenderness, confidence, backbone, generosity of spirit, kindness of heart, consideration and compassion. And yes, I'm quite humble as well.
I have a creative streak that includes, but is not limited to business, art, music, writing, reading, politics, travel and more, and having lived, and continue to live outside the box of the "normal" have learned to understand the importance of a balanced perspective. I am spiritual, but not religious, have opinions and beliefs, and you have yours; we won't, and don't have to always agree, other than to respect each others.
At this stage, I believe that the most important aspect of life and living is the issue of the heart. Everything else is pretty much just sets and props…
