I am a down to earth guy who is honest and caring ready to share my life with someone special. Internet dating was something I thought I would never get involved in, but here I am, searching for that special person and hopefully for not too long. After being married for some years, I am now single and as they say, the rules have changed a bit. I love to travel although my lists of destinations are limited to a few places. My last trip to Sri Lanka was amazing, the beaches, the people and a site I visited took 4 hours to climb which in the end was worth the effort. Next destination would have to be Ireland or South East Asia. Weekends I love to have a late breakfast, go to the markets or head to the beach or catch a movie. I think dancing is a fun way to exercise and I am looking at taking up some lessons this year to learn something new. Music has been a big part of my life as I played drums in several bands over the years. I love Jazz and most other types of music that makes you want to dance. I enjoy cooking and my friends say I am a reasonably good cook. To me a great night would be going to a new restaurant followed by some music that we could dance to or I am just as content to stay in and make something exceptional for someone I care for. I have a weakness for good red wine and good food, if they go together- even better. My children are important to me and so are my friends and family. I play golf every now and then and get a game of tennis in when I have the time. I manage a contracts team at a media firm and enjoy my work, even though at times it can have its moments.
