I am an authentic, monogamous, intelligent, humorous and loving man I offer sensitivity along with physical and psychological intimacy based in a loving heart.

I have a keen sense of social justice and the need for systemic change, but I am also aware that many of the social and environmental problems we face have their roots in our inner lives and a lack development therein. Spiritual and psychological development has therefore been a life long personal and professional) journey of learning and practice - driven by a desire to address existential questions and to live more skilfully, based on perspectives and practices that contribute to individual and social flourishing.

I am thoughtful and contemplative with a light touch and a big sense of humour (at times eccentric or just silly). I am a very tactile, demonstrative and affection person.
