My profession (even though it says military) is cooking. I have been to Chef's school and Culinary Arts school. My specialty is pastry, but I am diverse in all fields. I just prefer pastries because it is there that you can show the true beauty of baking. I have pictures of some of my work if you are interested in seeing them. As we say in the culinary field, cooking is an art, baking is a science.

I wrote a sort-of book while I was in Afghanistan this last deployment (it's called "13 Days"). A few have read it and thought I should try and get it published. If you would like to see it, I would be more than happy to send it to you to get your take.

Another note, I applied to perform for "America's Got Talent" (twice). Just waiting on an audition date in Denver so I can go. So who knows, you could be known as the GF of the guy on TV LOL and yes, I can sing, so I won't be making a fool of myself like a lot of people do....lol)
