You're probably reading this thinking, "Who the hell is THIS guy?" That's a very good question. I would love to answer this for you, but I fear if I think too hard about my own psyche my brain might implode on itself (which isn't so bad, I suppose - implosion causes less mess than explosion). Instead, I'm just going to start typing whatever comes into my head. Well, before I came to japan I worked as a management accountant for three years. Don't ask how this happened. Luckily, computers are good at mathematics. Now I'm studying Japanese at a school in Tokyo for some reason. I can be kind of childish; still watching shows like "Ultraman" which are apparently targeted towards pre-school children. But I can be serious when I need to be, because life is rarely easy. Aside from trying to learn Japanese through some kind of classroom osmosis, I'm also a writer and reporter of Japanese film for several magazines and websites. I also talk more than I write.
