I live in a rural, forested area. I love the serenity of nature with the safe seclusion it affords for both reflection and calm. This is a great place to watch a pandemic, as few here have been identified. I eat an evidence-based diet with low SOS. I remain fit and strong without taking any prescriptions meds. I have been practising Kripalu Yoga for nearly 20 years; finally learning [through much practice] to meditate first thing in the AM conversation can be lots of fun It's my belief that conversation is the foundation for any relationship, whether platonic, familial, romantic or intimate. Due to these factors, it's not easy meeting women who also might share these thoughts or enjoy this rural lifestyle.

While the human-centred world may be headed towards the proverbial handbasket, the natural world, while defiled, is as lovely and serene as ever. I am 10 minutes from the Fundy Shore. Nova Scotians are very respectful of each other, so being a Canuck is its own reward in this day at this age.
