My top tip for coffee lovers without much time spare... Use a couple of teaspoons of Nescafé Gold Espresso powder in a large mug, add boiling water, with 1 or 2 teaspoons of molasses sugar (a must, if you're allowed sugar!), then add double cream to reach your personal strength - enjoy!
