Hi, I am honest and real and it's discouraging as to how many fake profiles there are out there. I've been bombarded with scammers. I am not ignorant, nor naive. Please do not bother me if you are not who you say you are. I will find out and you will be wasting both of our times. If you begin your sentences with, "am" and end with handsome or "dear", move along, please, as you will be blocked. Simple as that. I apologize if I come off as harsh - not my intention.

What am I looking for? Someone genuine. Someone who is who they say they are. Please don't tell me what you think I want to hear. Instead, show me the real you and I can decide for myself if that's what I am looking for. Same way I will be the real me, and you can do the same. Bottom line, I care deeply about people, almost to a fault, I guess. It might be the teacher in me, or just who I am, but I am looking for the same. I would love to meet a woman who demonstrates empathy, compassion, and kindness, caring, loving, above all, trustworthy for others. Think it's that simple? Think again...

I truly appreciate all of the messages from "real" people, however, I AM 59 and I would prefer not to chat with anyone under the age of 45. Thank you!
