I'm Darren, also known as Dave. I'm 20 but I'm quite mature for my age. I would like to meet someone who lives a bit out of the area, as I get to drive, and it also gets me out of the city. I enjoy listening to music and it is quite rare there's none on. I also enjoy playing it. I play guitar and I'm slowly learning the harmonica. I would love to learn the saxophone if money was no object.

I work as an Activities Assistant in a care home and I really like the people I care for, if not my workplace. I aim to become dual trained as both a Mental Health Nurse and a social Worker, giving a bit more insight into my case load when I finally graduate.

When winding down, I tend to go down the pub for a pint or a JD and Coke. I like common bars, or metal bars, depending on where I am. I enjoy pool and darts, although I'll never be a professional xD I would join in pub quizzes but I've no-one to go with.

I enjoy all sorts of music, my favourite band being Motorhead. But my iPod is filled with all sorts, from pop to funk, soul to trance, 60's to 80's. I'm also a sucker for love ballads but shhhh! Don't tell anyone :P
