Hi, I suggest you to include about your family, if you are married tell briefly about how happy you are, how long are you married, if you have a baby, tell them what kind of a parent you are. If you are not married, tell them about your parents how thankful you them, tell them what holiday or any special day you like to be all together. You can tell about your best friend, why you best friend, for what your best friend respect you, come up with one short positive fact. There is many fact you can tell about yourself. If you work- tell why you are respected at work, that you a reliable, detail-oriented, punctual and so on. And remember- if you talking about yourself only, always say something neutral about yourself out of all positives, for example, you can say, I dont know why this thing( and mention what) i am doing slower than everyone- but i think that by time i will improv...in I hope I helped a little bit, wish you good luck!!!!
