I want a loving lady who has child(ren), for my son. This intelligent lady will want to and have the energy to bring up her children in the country. I am talking about off the grid. You will be living with solar panels and a diesel generator for back-up power and growing a garden, in and out of a greenhouse. Do you use organic vegetables? If you think living like this would be fun, don't bother to reply. If you truly desire the wonders of living on an island in a small community, perhaps you would like to meet my loving son who has 3 part time children 3, 5 and 7.
When you talk with children do you follow through and mean what you say? Can you let them know there is something beside the conventional Barbie stuff that is sold and dumped on children within our society? Can you support children to dress appropriately for their age? Can you encourage a boy be masculine?
Do you mind a man who has to get greasy and dirty every so often as he becomes Mr. Fixit? Can you support a plan for building an addition to the house? …. a new workshop, more fences, etc? Are you OK on a little ferry boat? Can you drive a new car in the city, and an old car with a personality on a dirt road? Can you be happy?
Do you like high speed internet? A nice warm wood stove, a Maytag washer and dryer, a gas stove for cooking, and running water? We do have some wonderful amenities. Everyone here thinks outside the box? It doesn't mean they always agree with one another, but they partner up because they have chosen to live in a community with few easily accessible resources.
