I love being outdoors in the mountains with a fishing pole in my hand, or on a golf course wondering what kind of person would plant that tree there.... I like to see the people surrounding me to be laughing (whether it be at me or at something I said doesn't matter to me, as long as they are laughing). The most important things currently in my life are my babies Abby my bird and Buddy my cat). I would like to find someone wanting to be more important to me than them, while accepting that they will still be a big part. I am financially stable, have had the same job for 24 years, and make pretty good money. I have a credit rating better than 99% of Americans and mortgage is my only debt. I am mentally stable (mostly... but still wondering about why they would plant that tree there) and intelligent (4.0 gpa in college and was an instructor for US Navy nuclear power program). I have been to more countries than I have states, and want to see more. I own a very humble house in a quiet neighborhood, but it really needs the touch of a good woman to make it a home. I am looking for someone that can appreciate what I (or we) have to make a comfortable life for us, but be more interested in who and what I am. I am only interested in a monogamous, long term relationship that is intended to last for life. I don't mind if you have kids, I would prefer if you have grandkids (I would love to go to Disneyland again, and I think I would make a great and loving step-granddad that doesn't mind babysitting once in a while).
