Hi there,

I am a Florida Native living in CO for 5 years now. I have never been married (not by design), I have been close a couple of times however. I live alone with my 2 boys(dogs), so a dog lover would be an ideal person to meet. I have been told I look much younger than my actual age(39), which of course anyone would love to hear. I am young at heart but have learned from past mistakes and know what I want in a relationship, and definitely what I don't want. I am a movie nerd like traveling, and my eventual dream would be to live in a beach house in the Carolinas. I am a broker so my job consists of talking on the phone most of the day but I try to keep my work social lives balanced. I do have a smart-alecky sense of humor, a sharp wit that can be considered cynical. I am not completely opposed to dating mothers but ask that your kids be grown or nearly independent, I don't say this to be mean, only that I am looking for a life partner who has time to spend with me, if that makes me selfish, then so be it. This has been an issue in the past and I simply want to avoid making the same mistakes again. I am laid back, easy to get along with, love to laugh, and look at life as "glass half full"...life is simply too short for negativity.
