Travel-N-Type

I'm a well-traveled, well-rounded, down to earth individual. I've been a medical transcriptionist my entire adult life and have worked from home for half of my career. It enables me to move wherever I want without the need to look for employment. I'm half Irish so love to have fun yet half english which adds some gentility and reserve. I'm on this site due to loving Canada...it was the first site that appeared when I typed "Canadian singles" into my browser (though I realize they carry most countries). I spent about 6 mos in Vancouver, B.C. and also Victoria after a near year-long stint of living in the UK. I have property for sale in KY and will be moving again after that (kind of a fluke that I ended up here, been taking care of my mom who recently died) and planning to return to a border town with Canada to make Canadian friends/contacts. I'm originally from the west, was raised in California and have lived up and down the west coast. Interests include reading, keeping fit, being outdoors, gardening, cooking and (obviously) traveling!
