Well for me it's been a long year. As a full time carer for the last 4 years I'm glad to see the back of 2019. Some of you may understand it being a lonely place stuck going round in circles, sometimes forgetting who you are and why your still hanging around for years at a dead end.

I know I'm not the only carer on here and only a carer would understand why we stay but as carers we stop living to do what we do.

Some of us ask for help some of us just do it all and more forgetting about are own health and wellbeing.

I never thought I'd have a family and at the same time still feel so alone..
