Well, I've been working since I was 16, so for 8 years I've been learning, through various jobs, about customer service, sales, and how to deal with work stress. When I first started at big Lots, oh so long ago, I went from being a young girl who dreaded working to someone who understood the benefits of work. At sunglass hut, I had my first experiences with sales. B y the time I left there was making top sales during every quarter, and even won a few sales contests. When I started at my current job, I was new to the stress of working in an extremely busy environment. AT first the chaos was overbearing and difficult to deal with, but after three years, not only have I kept up with my sales abilities through upselling, but I have developed into an absolute master at multi tasking, as well as customer relations and handeling stress.
