Someone interesting and fun to be with, who like discussing anything, playing games online, laughing, taking chances, finding out about different people.
I'm John from Wales in the UK. Can I introduce myself? I like history - especially medieval, music, nature, building things, and cooking. What kind of food do you like? Tell me your favourite recipe! My favourite baking recipe is "Bakewell pudding" - a very old recipe that isn't often made or sold outside the village of Bakewell in England (There are lots of cheaper commercial versions which are nowhere near as nice It's quite simple - puff pastry base in a dish, then raspberry jam layer, then a mix of ground almonds, eggs, butter and sugar. The pie is then baked until the puff pastry is crisp - but the filling is still just not quite set. It's served cold and absolutely the best dessert I have ever had. Not fancy just delicious!
I play the bass in a band, and make music - classical and jazz mainly on the computer - mainly because I can't sing. I wish I could sing - even a little bit - but my voice is really awful! It's just so much fun! I'm kinda scared to sing even after a few drinks so I never do Karaoke.
Wales is a beautiful old part of the UK - and still lots of people speak Welsh instead of english as their main language. It's a place of hills and small mountains, usually very wet - it rains a lot here! A thousand years ago the English kings tried to control the Welsh and built many castles - now they are still standing and things of incredible beauty and power. There are so many things to see in such a small country!
