I am a healthy, active, semi-intellectual, but mechanical, hobby farmer. I have been a jet pilot in the US Marines, a Transport pilot in the same service, a commercial realtor (for a few years), but then transitioned into the medical profession. I was involved in that type of work for nearly 30 years. Now, I take care of my small farm; I have involved myself in a medical investigation concerning aging and I have written a 550 page book on that subject. It is in the editing stage at this time. I'm well traveled, well read, handy at most things, have a few horses, am trying to grow wine grapes, and since I have a small farm I spend considerable time fixing the buildings, etc.

I have been in Norway about six times and I have found all four family groups with which I am connected: Tinn, Solar, Trogstad and Oslo. I havn't toured throughout Norway, since when I am there I am busy and entertained by visiting and finding new relatives. I lived in an east suburb of Oslo for five months about five years ago.
