I hold a deep love for fashion history that places me in a beautiful utopia when I think of it. I graduated from USC Upstate in 2009 with a BA in Communications & Art History. I am an Academy of Art University Grad Student getting my MFA in Fashion Design! After, I plan on getting my PhD in Fashion History & Culture. My ultimate goal is to be a Fashion Historian and restore vintage clothing as well as teach the importance of fashion history, theory and philosophy on culture. Psychologist Rollo May once stated, "You can judge a culture no better than by looking at its art." That's what I intend to do.
I like staying busy regardless if it is having fun working hard, studying, doing things outdoors, or just hanging out with the ones I love. Education is first and foremost in my life. I take pride in my studies, efforts, accomplishments, and drive. I have learned a lot through trials and tribulations and truly believe that I am finally on the way to conquering my goals and establishing my dream career and having the most impeccably passionate life that delivers me to only the best of fun!
What I do for fun? That's easy! Anything that is mentally and/or physically stimulating! I'm pretty much up for anything! My favorite music over any kind of music is blues (Jonny Lang, B.B. King, etc.) I love to cook and make a evening of cooking, listening to great music, and putting the joy (instead of the 'hassle') back into the kitchen! I have four very meaningful tattoos that are simple, yet over the top in philosophy - very indicative of myself!
I live with a conservative mentality that toys dangerously with the liberal adventurism! :)
