Hi, I'm Nico. I am Dutch and living 17 years in Portugal (Oliveira do Hospital, district Coimbra). My age is 76 feeling and acting like 65 (they say). Widower. Modern, unconventional, independent, friendly (especially for my love). Humorous, fearless, sporty, athletic body, nature lover enjoying travel abroad. Speaks Dutch english German and Portuguese. And…. I love to dance. I live as much as possible according to the Buddhist Guidelines of Siddhartha Gautama Buddha and I don't see Buddhism as a religion, but as a way of life. Also: food. I'm a bit of a (half) vegetarian eater (never overeat). I eat lots of raw vegetables, less meat. But I like to eat lots of salads with everything possible and canned fish. It is very handy if you can drive a car (you have a drivers license). I QUIT SMOKING TOTAL !! I like a glass of good red wine (not to much) but not wine with bubbles (champagne). What I absolutely don't like: Using any drugs (the only drug I need is you), drinking to much alcohol, bad unhealthy food, eating to much, an inactive life. Sports and hobbies: Hiking, going to the beach, tennis, chess, dancing latin kizomba etc.). City trips: Lisbon, Porto, Coimbra, Viseu, London, Paris, Salamanca, Madrid.
