I am a 53 year old Hispanic male born in Chicago, IL. I Have 3 grown daughters and 8 grandchildren. I live here in Yakima; It's mostly sunny and warm most of the year.
For the past 20-years, I have worked with patients who have a history of drug abuse and addiction, as well as with family who's lives have been impacted by domestic violence, I am am a therapist/counselor and teacher. I am a registerd counselor and certified to teach my profession. I have been trained as a CPS investigator, mental health therapist, foster parent coordinator, and recently I have been hired to do home visit investigations for family whos' children have been displaced due to violence, drugs, to name a few family related issues. And these families are in the process of having their children returned to their care, and thats where I come in to assist.
I was married for 28-years, due to a tragedy in my own family, the relationship slowly desolved, but today, my ex is my best friend, and she has moved on with her own life, me, well I have been to busy working and trying to establish myself again in the dating arena, which is not easy to say the least.
I am your average American Hispanic male, hard-working, loyal, faithful, honest, spiritual, and loveable. I love to cuddle up and and read or write to that special someone next to me. I enjoy long drives where ever my truck takes me. I enjoy taking an hours drive when I can at 4:00am, crazy as that sounds, I believe it's the best time in the morning during the summer months, no traffic, no civilization around just the sound of the wild life coming alive, and the morning sun bringing warm to my heart, there is more, but I will save it for later
