I'm a peoplist...affable, loving, caring, cheerful, demotional, fiercely independent, cautiously optimistic, and rooted yet progressive in outlook.
I like talking, travelling, spending time with family and friends, watching movies, listening to music, cooking, shopping, and at times, also doing nothing and just chilling at home.
I value relationships and emotions a great deal and I think it's okay to be a little traditional and conventional when it comes to these things.
I'm a little weird and sarcastic at times. :)
I like to listen, pause, reflect and deliver.
Love the ellipsis...observing people, the sea, the sights, and the sounds.
I appreciate intelligence, good conversation, sensible and sensitive people who are fun to be with, have a sense of humour, are mindful of what they're doing, who agree to disagree at times and believe in thinking together, if not alike. :)
Non-sensical stuff and people are welcome occasionally, but only if it/ they assures/assure a good laugh! :)
Now, for the self-proclaimed educated, progressive yet super judgmental people out there:
Please note that I was born and raised in Bangalore India but both Indian and Canadian culture is still intact to a good extent. :)
Also, the word 'widowed' is just my marital status or a societal tag and not my identity! :)
And most importantly, I'm in no hurry to get married I want to connect with someone first, get to know each other really well over a period of time and then slowly proceed towards marriage So that's that. :)
Having lived outside Indian for 4 years for so long, the contact with our kith and kin is just occasional and limited to our visits to the native place.
Otherwise, ours is a close-knit family of three, where we try to keep in touch with each other on a daily basis, no matter where or however busy we are.
