I am a private chef and have a small holding where I grow and raise all my own veg and meat for my catering activities. I am at my happiest playing with my courgettes and cucumbers, chasing chickens and wresting pigs…??

I am 6 foot 5 pretty muscular verging on dad bod, not a lot of hair anymore, my own teeth and big arms for amazing hugs.

I am able to hold a conversation though am not very good at this new text speak.

I attended a public school in Edinburgh which I did not enjoy -,however thanks to that I am polite, I can hold a conversation, I learnt to play rugby (the only plus) and I have table manners.

Following on from that I travelled the world for a year being a bit of a loose cannon free spirit. On returning home I accomplished a degree in Countryside & Environmental Management.

My love for the Scottish Environment, it’s seasons, it’s scenery, it’s produce shapes the way I cook.

I can be naughty I can be sensual, I can be adventurous, I can be kinky….there’s a time, place and moment for it all….
