When I began living on my own again during my divorce process, I discovered that I had some interest in writing. I found a way with words, creating stories that seemed to entertain the people I shared them with.

So why is writing this so darn hard?

I suppose it's because I don't want to spin a web of fiction here, pulling words out of the ether to fool the mind. Nah. I want to give you some idea of who I am, because I'd really like getting some hits on this profile.

So!

I am a 37 year old separated (divorce almost complete) father of three, who has half custody. I am an IT professional by day, and a writer by night, who also enjoys both watching and playing sports and the occasional video game.

My sense of humor has gotten me through life so far, no matter what happens I try to take it with a smile and a laugh. I am the empathetic type, who loves to talk and to listen. I smile easily and often, and am quite open minded about most things under the sun.
