I am a woman who is naturally gentle and kind-hearted, but I also have the ability to stand up for myself and be determined. I believe that being soft and assertive are not mutually exclusive traits, and that it is important to have a balance of both in order to navigate through life. Growing up, I was always taught to be polite and considerate of others, and I have carried those values with me into adulthood. I find joy in helping people and making them feel comfortable, and I always try to approach situations with empathy and compassion. At the same time, I know that there are times when it is necessary to be assertive and stand up for myself. Whether it is in the workplace or in my personal life, I have learned to be confident and speak up when something is important to me. I am not afraid to set boundaries or say no when I need to, and I am always working to improve my communication skills so that I can effectively express my thoughts and feelings.
