I have had a long career as a music composer and audio producer. I have also spent a lot of time in the various meditation communities and have been certified as a meditation teacher. All of this flows together in my heart and I am not dogmatic or one-sided about things. Except God, or whatever name one puts two the force beyond the physical separates all things physical. But my experience of God, so to speak, is not necessarily the christian church model of a human Dash like judge mental character.

I am at a stage in my life of slowing down in some ways, and contemplating what are the most important things.

I appreciate women, and people in general, who are gentle and have a sense of spiritual purpose and can see it in the things of the world engaging with all things in a both sensual and conscious way.

I am not focussed on seeking a traditional partner per se, although those things can just happen. I had a 28 year wonderful marriage which is no longer there, and I’ve come to feel that relying on a network of a few close ones in one’s heart is perhaps even more reliable.

One specific thing I’m interested in is finding someone who is quite a lot younger than me to become close acquaintances with, and navigate the unfolding stages of life with support for each other. I have a lovely large home of considerable value and no children to pass it onto but feel that it may be something to share with a younger person with whom I am close and who can also help me in later years - not necessarily as a lover.

On the two sides of the “argument “over what’s happening in the world right now and what is real and not real in terms of the pandemic and the virus and vaccination, I am on the side of natural health and have considerable suspicion of governments and what they are teaming up to bring about. I believe Canada may be in for a rough ride in terms of economy and political stability, and for that reason I have visited Mexico recently wondering where is the best place to be if things really get crazy.
