I love to exercise with my 80 wall ball doing up to 1000 reps in one hour of thrusters, curls, military presses, pullovers, overhead squats, snatch tricep exrensions, and other exercises. Once I get to 1,000 reps I use a wall ball 10 pounds heavier.
