I STRIVE TO BE A VESSEL OF LIGHT AND LOVE IN THE WORLD. Maybe that sounds a little abstract or arrogant,but where there's light there's clarity-you see things as they are. Who wants to walk through this life with shades on-seeing things that aren't there or falling because you didn't see what was right in front of you. You feel me? Sure there's room for fantasizing and creativity. Oohh the fantasies I can create! But there's a place for fantasy and a place for keeping it real. And LOVE- Love makes you smile from the deepest part of your soul and makes you shine. Love is....God exhaling the spark of life at the moment of conception. Don't we see love in the eyes of a newborn?

Love is free of fear, anger and gets thick and it gets heavy, because everything you strive for comes with it when it gets heavy....I mean really heavy, I do whatever I need to do to lighten up and get back to my center- I breathe deep, sing, dance talk to my best friends or just get very still and listen to what's inside and if I hear nothing or can't stop my own inner word noise. I ask God for guidance and know the answer will be delivered....when it's time for me to understand- because I know at the center of my being, my TRUE ESSENCE is LOVE. Just a little about me....
